We offer a Crystal Pay-As-You-Go Plan and the Oracle Pre-Payment Block plan for on-going clients.
Wizard Project Plan
If you have a specific project in mind, please contact us for a rate. Please complete a pre-consultation form here to determine what you preliminary needs may be.
New clients can contract with Your Virtual Wizard for a minimum of two-hours per week up to 10 hours per month at an hourly rate to be determined. Please contact us at here for a rate.
The terms for new clients require a 50% payment upfront for the month and the remaining 50% due at the end of the month. After three months, payment can be weekly.
Oracle Pre-Payment Block Time
Clients can choose from 3 different Oracle plans which offer a discount for pre-paid block time.
Star Plan – 10 hours prepaid is discounted 5% off regular rate
Wiz Plan – 15 hours prepaid is discounted 10% off regular rate
Magic Plan -20 hours prepaid is discounted 15% off regular rate
Term and Conditions
Oracle Pre-Payment Block unused time is not carried over to the next month.
Timesheets are sent daily (if work is done daily) or on the days that work has been completed.
Payment is due upon receipt of invoices sent out on Fridays.
Payment will be made through PayPal using Discover, American Express, MasterCard or Visa.
Personal checks are not accepted unless prior arrangements have been made.
If payment for an invoice is not received with in 24 hours, work will not continue until the invoice has been paid.
Late fees may accrue.
Rush and Emergency Jobs – Work which needs to be completed during ‘off hours’ and weekends will incur an additional fee.
Referrals – Any referrals received from current clients resulting in a signed contract will receive 10% off the next invoice.
Additional fees – Although Your Virtual Wizard uses the most up-to-date equipment and software, occasionally, a project will require supplies and equipment which is specific to the client’s needs. Items such as stamps, envelopes, stationary, books, publications, travel time, software and hardware, for example, will be billed along with the regular invoice and payable upon receipt will be the responsibility of the client.
Work will commence once a contract has been signed. Contract will detail rates, terms and conditions, confidentiality and a disclosure statement.
